An audiovisual performance by Mohamad Abdouni, Liliane Chlela and Hamed Sinno, exploring the tense moments of a wedding ceremony that took place in Summerland, Beirut, in 1988. With Liliane on music production, Hamed on vocals and Mohamad on visuals, the three artists have developed a narrative based on Abdouni's uncovered footage. Both sonically and visually, the show tells stories of fleeting moments and unmasked reactions by putting forth the many characters of an event riddled with discontent.
This one-time performance was held at the Beirut Art Center on June 17th, 2017, and not at Station Beirut as originally announced in the communication.
